Can I use a 3D printer instead of ordering a Sizing Kit?
Yes. If you have access to a 3D printer, you can download the official POBOVi sizing ring STL file and print your own sizing rings.
Please make sure to print the model at 100% scale without any resizing or scaling for the most accurate fit.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size, as long as the ring feels comfortable and does not restrict circulation.
The ring should fit securely without spinning excessively or feeling painfully tight.
Can I borrow a POBOVi Sizing Kit from someone else?
Yes! If a friend or family member already has a POBOVi Sizing Kit, you can borrow it to determine your correct ring size.
Please make sure you are sizing for the same POBOVi Ring model you plan to purchase, as sizing may vary between different ring generations or models.

Yes—we strongly recommend testing your size at different times of the day.
Your fingers can naturally change in size depending on factors such as:

- Hot or cold weather
- Hydration and meals
- Sleep and daily activities
For the most accurate fit, we recommend wearing the sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including overnight, before confirming your size.
Why does the actual POBOVi Ring feel slightly different from the sizing ring?
That's normal. The POBOVi Sizing Kit is designed to help you determine the correct size, but the sizing ring and the actual smart ring may feel slightly different because they are made from different materials and have different surface finishes.
The actual POBOVi Ring has a smooth inner surface, which may allow it to slide on and off more easily than the plastic sizing ring.
During sizing, the ring should feel secure and comfortably snug, without being painful or restricting circulation.
Is it okay if the sizing ring leaves light marks on my finger?
Yes. Light marks can be normal, especially after sleeping or when your fingers naturally swell during the day.
However, the sizing ring should never feel painful, cause numbness, restrict circulation, or be difficult to remove.

How do I know if my sizing ring is too loose or too tight?
Your sizing ring should feel secure and comfortable. It should stay in place during normal movement without spinning excessively or slipping off easily.
If the ring is constantly rotating, feels loose, or can easily slide off your finger, try a smaller size.
If the ring feels painful, causes numbness, restricts circulation, or is difficult to remove, try a larger size.
How do I submit my ring size after trying the Sizing Kit?
After you have tested the sizing rings and confirmed your preferred size, simply reply to the POBOVi sizing confirmation email with your selected ring size and preferred color.
If you have already placed an order with an unknown size, please include your order number, ring size, and color in your reply so our team can process your order as quickly as possible.
