I know this product in CES and bought one, I enjoyed it so much to tracking my sleep quality and stress rate everyday. Somehow it doesn’t work after 3 weeks, I contact the team and asked support, they helped me so kindly, and gave me the right solution.
The ring comes in a nice box with a charging cable and case. I definitely recommend purchasing the practically free sizing kit that comes overnight to be sure you select the best size for your finger. I wear mine on my right ring finger. The battery life seems to be about five days, and it's done a good job staying connected to my iPhone through their app. The app itself is clear and easy to use - it tracks sleep time and quality, stress level, heart rate, heart rate variability, and blood oxygen level. It also has the familiar health rings to show steps, calories burned, and active time. The ring goals are easy to set in the app. There is also good help/descriptive information in the app explaining the meaning of the various metrics it tracks. If you are interested in tracking these general health metrics over time, this seems to be a good way to do it. My Apple watch needs to be recharged every day, so I never wear it to bed. Since the ring lasts almost a week, I am able to use it to track my sleep now. I suppose I sleep better knowing I'm tracking it 😃
Stumbled on this product whilst searching for other expensive brands and wanted to give it at try. Have been using it for a week now and I am surprised by the quality of the ring itself as it does not cause any irritation on the skin and feels premium. The app interface can definitely be improved but no complaints as it works and shows data collected from the ring. I was using a fitness band and the strap was causing skin irritation so i was looking for something like this. Data collected seems to match with my fitness band so ring is accurate. Overall.. quite impressed so far.. will definitely recommend..

Aim the ring‘s red mark to the indicator light on the charging case to charge and activate the ring.(The indicator light fashes in a breathing pattern to indicate that the ring is charging)
Insert the USB-C cable into the charging case; Once the indicator light is steady on, place the smart ring into the charging position within 5-8 seconds; The purple light flash for one second, indicating that the ring has been successfully reset.
