Perfect for people that forget to charge things

I have been wearing it for 5 days now and I haven’t had to charge it yet! I love how easy it is to track my stats now. The only “negative” would be my “rose gold” ring is more copper color that rose gold.

Very happy with the ring and all it does EXCEPT… unable to turn off ‘Steps’. Steps calculates while driving a car. Carbs, calories and activity are plugged into steps setting giving inaccurate data. However, I bought it primarily to track my sleep patterns and heart rate. Which it does very well showing rem sleep, deep sleep and light sleep during the night, as well as a graph for heart rate and HRV rate. Also the app is free along with the data unlike the Oura ring.

Perfect, beautiful and accurate data. Worth for the price.Steps count might little be off but it's alright you can use your smart watch with GPS for accurate step counts. Battery life 4 to 5 days.Comfort on index finger.Size ring first before buying the ring.It recognizes naps also but it will add it to your last night sleep hours.

I got this ring to make sure i’d like wearing one before purchasing an ultra human ring since this one is cheaper, and i’ve worn it everyday for the past 3 months. I very much enjoyed it and it did a good job tracking my steps and sleep. Sometimes it can be slow and a little wonky but overall it does a great job for the price and I’d recommend.
