Frequently Asked Questions
What are the key differences between POBOVi Gen2 and Gen1?
Gen2 builds on Gen1 with key technical breakthroughs. While retaining the original electronic components, the ring has been made narrower for a more comfortable fit. It also comes with a more premium, all-metal charging dock, and features a fully upgraded app interface—significantly enhancing the overall user experience.
Which finger is recommended for wearing the POBOVi Gen2 Smart Ring?
For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the POBOVi Gen2 on the index finger. This finger typically has stronger arterial blood flow, enhancing measurement precision. However, the ring maintains consistent accuracy whether worn on the index, middle, or ring finger.
Why can't I register using my phone number?
Ensure you choose your country code in front of the phone number. For USA, it's +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx
How to activate the ring after receiving the smart ring?
Aim the ring‘s red mark to the indicator light on the charging case to charge and activate the ring. The indicator light flashes in a breathing pattern to indicate that the ring is charging.
If the smart ring experiences a functional anomaly, what should I do?
Insert the USB-C cable into the charging case; Once the indicator light is steady on, place the smart ring into the charging position within 5-8 seconds; The purple light flashes for one second, indicating that the ring has been successfully reset.
What if my ring size is incorrect?
